NCR Agile User Group [NAUG] is a platform to propagate Agile software development methods in New Delhi region. What is Agile Software Development?
Waterfall methods of software development have failed to deliver the desired results. Agile movement has started to address the three decades old problems of software development. Several methods support Agile practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC). Common methods that support Agility in different phases of SDLC are Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, Evo, DSDM, Feature Driven Development and Crystal. Domain Driven Design and Planguage are also important concepts to foster Agility in analysis and requirement specifications.
